We are pleased to announce the
launch of our new website, here you will be able to see all
upcoming events and activities that have been organised as
well as locate a breeder or supplier of birds and
accessories.
In the near future we will be
updating our members sections so that you can view our
special members offers as well as have access to our
bi-monthly newsletters and pictures. This section will be
only available to financial members and you will be
required to register for a user name and password.
We are still in the process of
updating a number of pages on this site, please be patient
and we will announce what we have updated gradually in our
monthly news bulletin on this page.

FOR RETURN OF PET BIRDS
Early hours of the morning on Wednesday 9th February a club member of the Parrot Society of Australia (nsw) in Kenthurst found a number of their beloved pet birds had been stolen from their premises. These birds were paired and are not breeding birds but very loved pets and regarded as family to the owner.
It was reported that 5 pair of Eclectus, 1 pair of red phase dusky lorries and a single pet alexandrine parrot were stolen from their cages during the night.

BIRDS STOLEN
AT
ROOTY HILL
Wednesday Night 2nd March 2011, Crystal Pet and Wire Centre were broken into, employees and owners came in the next morning to find their Blue and Gold Macaw and African Grey were stolen from their secure cages. The birds and damage to the premises would be to the value of $20,000

Club Announcement - January 2011
Club social meeting has been
brought forward to Friday 14th January 2011 as
the hall will be unavailable on 21st January.
The committee wish to apologise
for the late notice all members have been sent a letter in
the mail advising of the change, along with December News
letter.

Dear Members, the AGM is to be
held next February. I would like to encourage you to think
about joining the committee and help with the running of
your club. We are also holding a BBQ for members,
sausage sandwich and a can of drink.
